The customer service does not stop on the sales floor, all our mechanics uphold our core values of Quality & Integrity.

Do you want to get your bike to us for service but have transport or schedule issues? In many situations, we have pick-up and drop-off at your location free of charge.

Regular maintenance and repairs

Our well trained mechanics are given ongoing and specialized training to stay up to date with the ever changing design of both frames and components.

Wheel Building & Suspension

Sonoran Cycles also offers wheel building services so you can create a custom wheelset that meets both your needs and budget.

Certified by both Fox and Rock Shox, your fork / shock service will be completed quickly and correctly…using the proper tools.

Rider Fitting

Time to take your riding to the next level! More power transfer and less pains on long rides may be achieved with a proper fitting.

Warranty Policy

Our Product Warranties are a promise to the original owner from the manufacturer, and not from Sonoran Cycles. In this case, Sonoran Cycles is a Product Dealer who is authorized to perform warranty work, but we can’t authorize it—only the manufacturer can.

We will make warranty claims for any product purchases made through Sonoran Cycles, or for any original owner of any of the products we represent, with a valid Proof of Purchase for that item.

Sonoran Cycles will charge an hourly service fee to remove and install any warranty service.

Sonoran Cycles will charge boxing and shipping fees not covered by the manufacturer warranty.

All warranty claims must include Proof of Purchase from the original sale of the item. Transferred sales are not warrantable unless allowed by manufacturer.

  • Sonoran Cycles has a 10-day return, 20-day exchange policy (upon receipt of product).
  • All items must have their original tags and packaging.
  • Merchandise that appears used or does not have its original packaging will be refused.
  • A 10% restock fee will be charged on bike returns.
  • Wheels, travel cases, camera special orders and sales items are not returnable.
